TERMS OF PAYMENT

METHOD OF PREPAY
We will send you an invoice by mail to the address you indicated on your contract, but may also be forwarded to you via fax. Proforma Invoice will be sent by fax within 24 hours and by email within one to two hours (that time does not apply on weekends and holidays). When we receive the payment, the delivery will follow within the agreed time.


PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
You can safely pay the goods by credit card online. The payer must be the same person who owns a credit card. In cases where the cardholder is not a citizen of Slovenia, or uses a credit card that was not issued in Slovenia and in cases where the recipient and the payer are not the same person, we reserve the right to double-check the identity of the payer with a receipt of a written statement via e-mail or fax in which the payer agrees to pay the ordered goods. When the method of payment is processed this way, it is not possible to change the contents of the contract, the final amount to the address for delivery and other agreed conditions.

PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL
To pay via PayPal, when choosing a payment type, click on the button "Pay with PayPal." and you are then redirected to the paypal site and there you continue the transaction. When returning to our site, the purchase is completed. Products will be sent as soon as funds are transferred. Possibly the same day. In the case of payments with PayPal method of payment, the data is not passed through our site.

Moneybookers is a tool that allows you to safely send and receive money.

 EXPORT PRICES AND VAT RECOVERY
    
All prices posted on www.x3m-shop.com include VAT at 20%,
which nationals of other countries, outside the EU, get reimbursed when they pick up the ordered goods personally.

EASY PURCHASE BY EXPORT PRICES

      
1. On www.x3m-shop.com select the products and execute the order. Here, as a delivery method, select the option: "Personal pick up at Wake Galerija"

      
2. In the short time you will receive an e-mail notification of the date when the selected products are ready for release.

      
3. Selected products can be paid by credit card, PayPal online at the order, or a credit card or cash at our retail store.

      
4. Goods can be collected in
Wake Galerija , Stara cesta 41 in Vrhnika each working day between 9.00 am and 20.00 pm.

      
5. When you pick up the goods in our showroom, you will receive a Global Refund check to reimburse taxes (Tax Free)

Order purchased online at www.x3m-shop.com is without 20% VAT.
You will be issued an import custom bill when the shipment arrives to your country.

VALIDITY OF OFFER
Validity of prices for selected goods or services is on the date of purchase, ie the date of termination and the award of contracts by the online store X3M-shop.com.


DELIVERY OF GOODS
 
 Goods purchased in the online store X3M-shop.com we deliver anywhere in Europe. Purchased goods outside of Slovenia will be charged separately. Delivery charges are free for goods in the amount of purchase: Slovenia € 50.00, regardless of weight, quantity or value of your order and other EU countries FOR PURCHASES OVER € 150. ( *valid for clothes*)

Most of the products leave our warehouse the next business day after receiving the order. But it can happen that a product which you ordered is no longer in stock. In this case, we will schedule a delivery notice by email.

Your order will be quickly, safely and reliably sent to your destination with the service of Post of Slovenia or by DPD. Post of Slovenia operates under the current terms and conditions of business of international freight forwarders Slovenia, more information can be read here.

RETURN OF GOODS

The possibility of return

If the received products do not comply, you can ship it back to us, unused, undamagedand in original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice, within 15 days and we will return the money, but will charge manipulative costs if necessary. The possibility of return does not apply to CDs, DVDs, books and other literature, if the products are unpacked from the original packaging. Warning: please package the returned product well and send to our address. Money for the returned product will be transferred to you within 15 working days from the day we receive the returned shipment.

BUYERS RIGHTS

The buyer can cancel the contract within 15 days of receiving the goods. This period is exceptionally long, if the buyer upon delivery of the goods has not received information which ZVPot (Consumer Protection Act Coll. No. 14/2003, Art. 43b - 43c) that must be delivered to the purchaser on a permanent statutory institution - the buyer may then return the goods within 15 days of receipt of the necessary information but no later than three months from receipt of goods. It is sufficient if the purchaser within the prescribed period submit mail. If the buyer giving notice of resignation does not return the goods, the intact and fully returned within 15 days after notification, unless the purchaser is guilty, that the goods are damaged, corrupted or lost. Seller within 15 days after receipt of notice of withdrawal has already made back payments otherwise due to a specific penalty - a tenth of payments received for every 30 days past due. The cost of sending borne by the buyer. If the customer is unduly returned goods, Seller shall arrange for storage of goods, the buyer is reimbursed the costs incurred. The buyer returns the goods in original packaging, together with the accompanying documentation.
